• Monday | Gi: 6:30 – 8:00 PM – Rock Athletics

• Tuesday | No-Gi: 5:30 – 7:00 PM – PowerPlex

• Wednesday | No-Gi: 6:30 – 8:00 PM – Rock Athletics

• Thursday | Gi: 5:30 – 7:00 PM – PowerPlex

• Friday | Gi: 5:00 – 6:30 PM – PowerPlex
