Jerome currently holds a Black Belt in Combat Jiu-Jitsu with over 20 years of experience, and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Brings a combined 20 years of instructional experience in Combat Jiu-Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition, is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with 30 years of practice, holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, and has decades of experience coaching at both the Provincial and Canada Games levels in cycling.
