Josh Garland
Joshua has been training continuously since 2019, building a strong foundation during this time. He earned his Purple Belt in November 2024 and brings an additional four years of wrestling experience, giving him a well-rounded and effective grappling style.
Outside the gym, Joshua is an IT specialist, this reflects his reliability and ability to perform under pressure. And beyond being a force on the mats, he’s also the mind behind our website, combining technical skill with attention to detail both in training and behind the scenes.
